GIVEAWAY DURATION The giveaway starts on February 12, 2024, at 5 PM AEST and concludes on February 12, 2025, at 5 PM AEST, or once all prizes have been awarded.
Cheeky Silk reserves the right to:
- Modify the giveaway period at its discretion, including ending the giveaway early;
- Terminate the giveaway as per regulatory advice.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Participants must:
- Be Australian residents;
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Provide true and accurate personal details. Entries deemed to have provided false information may be invalidated, duplicate entries are invalidated, and any awarded prize may be revoked by Cheeky Silk.
ENTRY PROCEDURE To enter, participants should visit the giveaway page within the giveaway period and complete the entry form as instructed, including submitting their name and email address. All eligible entries will enter a random electronic draw.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS Limit of one entry per individual for the duration of the giveaway.
SELECTION OF WINNERS Winners will be selected randomly and notified immediately.

Prizes are subject to availability and may vary at Cheeky Silk's discretion.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE Prizes are valued at a total of $8,500 AUD.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS Winners will be informed instantly upon entry submission if they have won. Subsequently, winners will receive an email to arrange prize collection, including a redemption code for Cheeky Silk's online store.
Non-winners will also be notified immediately upon entry submission.
PRIZE CLAIMING AND DELIVERY Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Cheeky Silk is not liable for any prize damaged or lost in transit or undelivered due to external factors beyond its control. No replacements or compensation will be provided.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE POLICY No draw will be conducted for unclaimed prizes.
